Annie Ricci, MA, LMFT, ACCAfter getting my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, I built a successful counseling practice in Western Washington. My practice evolved into coaching when colleagues asked me to help them start their own private therapy practices. Coaching was a natural complement to my counseling practice and has now become my full-time passion. I coach executives in diverse fields such as health care, counseling, construction, telecommunications and finance. I also coach individuals who are in the process of a life change, a job search or want more from life.
I am passionate about helping people transform their lives. Coaching is a journey, a climb to a new place with a new perspective. Sometimes that journey or that climb can feel pretty scary. I offer clients a safe place to explore routes and use their strengths to reach their destination....whether that's experiencing greater satisfaction in life, getting a new job, enjoying a stronger relationship, or being an effective leader/employee. |
History |
I have lived in Iowa, Montana, Washington, Alaska and Massachusetts. Each of those moves were precipitated by Big Change: the end of a relationship, a lay-off from a job, or due to circumstances beyond my control at the time. I was uncertain and scared. I had to navigate difficult routes, find new support systems, and learn to enjoy the climb. Along the way, I discovered my inner strengths, my values and who my anchors were. I worked in large companies and small before going back to school to change my career completely. After my master's program, I built a successful private practice. I know what hard work and courage look like, whether that's working for others or working for yourself.
